The PSE Centre in Cambodia operates thanks to the work of 450 Cambodian employees.

They are trainers, teachers, administrators, managers, directors, cooks, nurses, doctors, guards, seamstresses, cleaners, childminders, gardeners…

A certain number of expatriate volunteers also participate in the well-functioning of the PSE Centre in helping with training programmes and the management of new projects. This team of volunteers is present on the same basis as Cambodian employees. This implies similar hours of work, involvement in projects and total dedication to respect the rules of life in the Centre.
