Purchase of equipment for our Catering TrainingWhy?Our Hotel School provides vocational training for various positions: cooking, food and beverage service, housekeeping and laundry, front office, bakery & pastry, food and beverage management.
However, our catering service, which groups together all these training courses, is also used as a practice school. Whenever we had an external request, we used to rent equipment. But it has become so expensive that it seems wiser to have our own catering equipment, which we would be able to occasionally rent occasionally. Indeed, we have a lot of wedding reception requests. The projectWe would like to purchase the necessary equipment to deliver professional catering service: crockery, glassware and cutlery, chairs, tables, trays, catering tents, table linen, cooking equipment, catering cool boxes and stoves, etc. The catering requests we receive come mainly from embassies, individuals, and enterprises and are good opportunities for our students to practice under real working conditions.
